Sales tax
For all North Carolina residents, sales tax is 6.75%.

Packaging
Each pedicure spa is packaged in two or more boxes that are then strapped onto a wooden skid. The entire assemblage is wrapped with plastic shrink wrap. The packaging materials may be cut with a knife so that the boxes may be removed from the skid individually. The heaviest box is usually about 100 pounds.

Shipping

• Scope: We ship worldwide. Please contact us for rate quotes.
• New spas: Shipped free to a certified business address within the continental United States. For residential deliveries, add $60.00.
• Pre-owned spas: $50.00 shipping fee is added to cover the cost of packing materials.
• Other products: Shipped free unless otherwise noted in the product's description.
• Delivery and Handling: Delivery will be by an LTL trucking company. The driver is not reponsible for unloading from the back of the truck. Liftgate service is available for an additional charge of $75.

Receiving Your New Spa
Please inspect all boxes carefully before you sign the delivery receipt. If you discover any damage to the boxes, please note it on the receipt and contact us immediately. Reports of shipping damage must be made within 15 days.

Unconditional Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of undamaged goods, in the original boxes, within 15 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged upon inspection. The customer assumes all responsibility for delivery costs both ways.

Warranties
We fully support all manufacturers warranties on new products.
Pre-owned products are sold AS IS. All pre-owned spas are inspected and tested prior to sale. Any faults or defects are disclosed in detail. Call us at 1-877-PEDI-SPA.
